1.The following amounts, among the parts concerning the conjunctive claim in the judgment of the court of first instance No. 2, shall be payable.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant New Name Construction, including the status of the party, is a construction contractor and a truster of a new project that newly constructs and sells apartment B (hereinafter “instant apartment”) with a scale of 1,002 square meters on the ground of 33,836.524 square meters above that of Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter “Yancheon-si”), which is an apartment building of 1,002 square meters on the ground of the land of the Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter “Yancheon-si”), and the Defendant’s land trust is a trustee entrusted with the performance of the sale business, the management of funds, and administrative affairs

As to the apartment of this case, the Plaintiff is a buyer who purchased the sales contract between the Defendant’s land trust and the Defendant’s new construction. The Defendant foreign exchange bank is a financial institution that extended part payments to the Plaintiff out of the sales price of the apartment of this case.

B. The location condition of the site of the apartment of this case and the progress 1 before the sale thereof are located in the east-do of Yong-do, an island located in the Jung-gu, Incheon, which is the site of the apartment of this case. There is an international airport in the west-do of Yong-do, Incheon, and there is an airport new city in its surrounding areas. The Young-do of Young-do was opened around November 2000 by the Young-gu, which combines Young-do and Seo-gu, Incheon. An airport railroad in the section connecting the Incheon International Airport and the Kimpo Airport was opened around March 2007, and the Incheon Seo-do was opened around October 2009 to connect the Young-do and the Seo-do Incheon National Airport and the Incheon National Airport was changed to the name of the Incheon Urban Development Project on August 1, 2003 to the Incheon Urban Free Economic Zone.

The Incheon Urban Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Incheon Urban Corporation").

As Korea Land and Housing Corporation was enacted by Act No. 9706 on May 22, 2009, Korea Land and Housing Corporation and Korea Land and Housing Corporation are deemed dissolved by Article 7 of the Addenda.
