1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 6,710,832 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 8, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

1. In full view of the overall purport of the pleadings in the descriptions or photographs of Gap evidence 1 through 5 (including paper numbers), the facts of the cause of the claim and the changed cause of the claim can be acknowledged.

2. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of unjust enrichment of KRW 6,710,832 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from November 8, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is clear after serving the Plaintiff an application for modification of the purport and cause of the instant claim.

3. The plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
