1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 43,945,681 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 7, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. In light of the overall purport of the pleadings in each of the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5 (including each number), the facts constituting the ground for the attachment (the creditor is deemed the plaintiff and the debtor as the defendant) may be acknowledged.

2. According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay the price for the goods unpaid to the plaintiff according to the agreement of goods transaction with the transferee of the business or the plaintiff.

3. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 43,945,681 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from November 7, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is clear that the delivery of payment order in lieu of the delivery of the written complaint is the next day of the delivery of the written payment order in lieu of the written payment order.

4. The plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the ground of the reasons.
