Punishment of the crime

1. Acquisition of stolen property;

A. On March 14, 2013, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing KRW 10 million with knowledge of the fact that he/she was stolen or occupied 29 smartphones owned by a victim’s name defecters, from H in the trade name-free restaurant located in Daegu-gu G, Daegu-gu, and acquired stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that he/she was stolen or occupied 10 million won.

B. From March 12, 2013 to March 13, 2013, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing KRW 1.5 million with knowledge of the fact that the victims of smartphones, who were deprived of or who were deprived of possession, were stolen from K from K in the mutual influence station located in the Defendant’s house and the Daegu J, Daegu, Daegu, the Defendant purchased stolen goods at KRW 1,50,000,000, even though they were aware of the fact that they were the three prices of smartphones that
