Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant posted a letter to the effect that “the 2013 Highest 1444, Jan. 18, 2013, when the accurate time is unknown, the Defendant visited the Defendant’s residence in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government with the Internet portal site “E” on the Internet camera page D next to the Internet portal site,” and then demanded the Victim F, who reported and contacted the above notice, to transfer the amount of the said sales amount to the account (new G) in the name of the Defendant.

However, even if the Defendant did not actually possess the aboveus, he did not have any intention or ability to sell the above goods even if he received money from the victim.

Ultimately, the Defendant deceiving the victim as above and transferred KRW 480,00,000 from the victim’s account on January 22, 2013 to the account under the above Defendant’s name. From around that time to January 24, 2013, the Defendant received a total of KRW 1,860,000 from seven victims on seven occasions, as shown in the attached Table 1.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving each victims.

around September 20, 2012, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that “a person will sell a 600D camera at 550,000 won,” at the Internet portal site He, at the Defendant’s residence located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the victim I who reported and contacted the above notice as if he sold the said camera, and demanded the victim I who had contacted with the above notice to transfer the amount equivalent to the above price to the account under the Defendant’s name.

However, even if the defendant did not actually possess the above camera, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the above goods even if he received money from the victim as the price.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim I as above and belongs to it.
