1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The following facts can be acknowledged in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in each entry in Gap evidence of 1 to 6, 15, Eul evidence of 1 to 15, Eul evidence of 1 to 5 (including additional numbers).
On January 20, 1913, the land survey division for the area of 585 square meters (hereinafter referred to as the "previous land") before Goyang-gun, Goyang-gun, Gyeonggi-do (hereinafter referred to as the "previous land") stated that E was the subject of assessment of the previous land.
B. The previous land was divided into 344 square meters and 241 square meters before G on January 17, 1961, and 241 square meters before G was divided into 164 square meters before H on August 12, 1963. From 164 square meters before H on July 30, 1970 where I and J land were divided into 142 to 36 square meters before H on July 16, 1970. Defendant Republic of Korea completed the preservation registration of the instant land before replotting on January 13, 1975, and thereafter the registration of the transfer of ownership was completed on the land before replotting in N and O name on May 13, 1997.
E. On March 19, 1942, E, the assessment title of the previous land, died on March 19, 1942, received the sole inheritance of the deceased property of the deceased head of South-North and Australia, P, the heir of Australia, and Q, the South-North of P, due to the adjudication of disappearance on July 9, 1943.
