Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 17, 2016, around 16:46, the Defendant had to pass along the lane where the load measuring equipment is installed at a speed of 10km or less per hour while driving a truck with B ordinary 14 tons in the Republic of Korea. However, the Defendant continued at a speed of 14km or less per hour and obstructed the measurement of load capacity by driving at a speed of 14km or less per hour.
