1. The Defendant’s KRW 824,068,950 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from July 5, 2012 to October 23, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts.
3. Pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Part of Dismissal (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda thereto, the part of the Plaintiff’s claim for the payment of delay damages exceeding the rate of 15% per annum from October 24, 2015, the day following the date this judgment is announced, among the Plaintiff’s claim, shall be dismissed.
