1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 250,000,000 and its KRW 100,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 150,000 from October 21, 201, and KRW 150,00,000.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts.
3. Pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Part of Dismissal (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda thereto, the part of the Plaintiff’s claim for delayed payment exceeding 15% per annum from October 13, 2015, the day following the delivery date of a duplicate of the instant complaint, among the Plaintiff’s claim, shall be dismissed.
