Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A Co., Ltd. has its head office in Guro-gu Seoul, Guro-gu, Seoul, and D, 18 centers in the Republic of Korea, such as Seoul, Incheon, and Busan, and it manages all of the business affairs against investors as the representative director of the above company, including the business explanation of the above company, and G and H (a prosecution without restriction on the same day). No one shall engage in a business of raising funds from many unspecified persons, such as receiving contributions, under the agreement to pay the total amount of contributions or an amount in excess thereof in the future without obtaining authorization, permission, registration, or reporting pursuant to relevant Acts and subordinate statutes.

If a person is recommended, 50% of the allowances received by the recommended person may be paid within the above 540,000 won. Accordingly, the Defendant explained that the amount of 1396,000 won may be collected more promptly, and in such case, from 100 to 250,000 won per share of crimes, as above, 2000 billions.
