A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Seized evidence subparagraph 1 (Driver's license) shall be forfeited from a defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On October 10, 2007, the Defendant was released on August 14, 2008 in a female prison on parole on October 15, 2008 and the parole period expired on October 2008.

On November 11, 2008, the Defendant, in collusion with C, D, E, F, G, H, I, etc., established and actively promoted the business of manufacturing and selling hot water, the company that received the same kind of money (hereinafter “the above company”). In short, the Defendant, in collusion with C, D, E, F, G, H, I, and I, made an additional establishment of K Agricultural Cooperative (hereinafter “the above company”) and made an investment by attracting high-rate allowances within a short period of time, but the said company alone anticipated that there is a limit to the solicitation of investors, thereby contributing to each of the following roles.

C as the chairperson of the above company, the company provided the start-up fund of the above company, provided the investors with business explanation, and made investments in the company, and the defendant was in charge of general management of the company's business affairs as the representative director of the above company.

D The role of inducing investment as the head of the general business group of the above company, E as the head of the planning office of the above company and the managing director of the above company and as the vice president of the above company, G as the managing director of the company, H as the managing director of the above company and the above union, H as the managing director of the company, L as the managing director of the above company, who is in charge of investment consultation for investors, as the director of the above company, and F as the head of the computer office of the above company, and I as the director of the accounting office of the above company.
