A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 15:40 on October 23, 2016, the Defendant driving a B-low-income car under the influence of alcohol by 0.20% of the blood alcohol concentration of 0.200% at a section of about 15km from the maximum park distance in Siless Dong-dong, in front of the father-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul.

2. The defendant is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle as set forth in paragraph (1) of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes Act;

On October 23, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 15:40 on October 23, 2016, and proceeded along the four-lane road in front of the Dgas filling stations in the original city C from the site to the prime viewing.

At this point, there was a vehicle that stops in the signal atmosphere at a three-distance, and thus, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to properly operate the brake system and to properly operate it.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected to do so and did not look well at the front bank, and by negligence driven by the Defendant, received the Franz of the Victim E (Frane, 53 years old) driving in the front bank of the vehicle and received the part of the Defendant’s vehicle as the front part.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a state where it is difficult to drive the car normally due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim G (20 years old) who was on board the said FF vehicle, such as catum catum, which requires treatment for about three weeks, and suffered injury, such as catum catum, which requires treatment for about three weeks.
