Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 11, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 500,000 won for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court, and a fine of 1 million won for the same crime at the same court on June 16, 2014.

On May 14, 2015, at around 23:26, the Defendant driven a vehicle B with approximately 2km from the 2km section from the front side of the triable apartment in the Geum-dong, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju to the Mancheon-ro road, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.117% of alcohol level.
