Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2013, at around 00:26, the Defendant driven a B-hand car at a section of about 2 km with alcohol content of about 0.117% from the front of the Geumyang-gu, Manyang-dong, 392-10, Goyang-dong, Sinyang-gu, Sinyang-si, to the front road of the Hanyang-gu, Manyang-gu, Sinpo-si.
