Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant who attempted to leave the church is female, and the victim E (the age of 49) who is a pastor of the “Diplomatic Association” in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government is only ten persons, and most of them are women. From August 2012, the Defendant was aware of the fact that he was a female, and was willing to take money and valuables from the victims.

In addition, from around that time to August 16, 2013, the Defendant attempted to attack the victim over 47 occasions, as shown in the annexed crime list, and take money and valuables from the frighten victim, but the Defendant did not comply with it and did not commit an attempted crime.
2.
