A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 00:00 on May 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) expressed that “The victim F (hereinafter “FF”) who took part in a dispute with E due to a 10,500,000 won of the debt owed by E due to gambling settlement against the Defendant; (b) the victim F (hereinafter “FF) who took part in a dispute with E” that “The victim FF’s bucks and arms can take part in the victim FF’s bucks and arms at times; (c) the victim FF’s head may take part in the cell phone held; and (d) the victim G (n, 64 years of age) who took part in the victim’s desire to take part in the victim’s head by taking advantage of the bucks and arms.”
2. As above, the Defendant got 11,50,000 won from the victim who frightened the victim, but the victim was refused to do so.
3.
