Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;

B. C. H, who was going to be a candidate for the instant election, filed an objection with the Defendant election commission on December 11, 2019, and the Defendant election commission notified the Plaintiff of the invalidation of the election on December 12, 2019.
E. On December 13, 2019, the Plaintiff raised an objection to the National Election Commission C on December 13, 2019, and C Election Commission already issued a warning to the Plaintiff on December 18, 2019, the Defendant Election Commission decided that the Plaintiff’s election is valid on the ground that the measure for invalidation of election against the Plaintiff was unreasonable. (2) The Defendant Election Commission requested a review to the C Election Commission on December 19, 2019, and C Election Commission filed an application for reexamination on December 23, 2019.
