A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor bicycle with no registration license plate attached to 124cc.

On July 29, 2018, the Defendant driven the above motorcycle without obtaining a motorcycle driver's license on July 29, 2018, and tried to change the front road of the Korea Electric Power Corporation, which is located as the regular course of business in Gwangju Seo-gu, into one lane in the direction of the agricultural basin, from the flow of the intersection to the two lanes in the direction of the agricultural basin.

Since there is a place where the passage of a vehicle is frequent as a four-lane road, the defendant engaged in driving of a motorcycle has a duty of care to take care of the front and rear left well and to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the steering direction and brake system.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the change of the lane from the two lanes to the one lane, thereby falling into the left part of the said motor vehicle driving by the victim B (the age of 51) driving in the same direction as the Defendant, depending on one lane of the four lanes of the said road, which was driven by the Defendant.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from the victim B with the above occupational negligence in a scambling of a scambling wall that requires approximately two weeks of treatment, and suffered from the victim D (27 years of age) and the victim E (20 years of age) who was on board the damaged vehicle, respectively, for about two weeks of treatment.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (measures Taken after Accidents) at the same date and time as stated in the preceding paragraph, and at the same place as stated in the preceding paragraph, the repair cost, such as a car board, etc., by shocking the right side part of the CK5 taxi car driven by the victim B (the age of 51) as stated in the preceding paragraph by negligence on duty, into the left part of the said motorcycle driven by the Defendant.
