A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Illegal use of the air defense, and unlawful use of air defense;

A. At around 10:00 on September 1, 2013, the Defendant illegally used air signs by removing 2 fishing vessel signs (C) attached to B (6.67 tons) from the open port of the Yagdogdogdogggggg (C) in the Sinsan City, Sinsan-si, and attaching them to the on-side side (13 tons and E), respectively.

B. The Defendant from September 1, 2013 to September 20: 25, 2013 to September 20:00.

From around that time to January 20, 2014, the air units illegally used 73 times in total, such as the list of crimes (1), such as the passage of the sea near the year of Gunsan as D (13 tons).

2. Fisheries Act violations;

A. A person who intends to run a fishery by using a powered fishing vessel with a gross tonnage of at least eight tons, despite obtaining permission from the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries for each fishing vessel or fishing gear, the Defendant captured four times a total amount of 74,048,60 km of the market price, including capturing 1,794 km equivalent to the total price of 23,647,90 km from September 17, 2013, using the 2 framework of the Doggggggggggggggg of the Doggggggggggggg of the Dogggggggggg of the Doggggggg of the Si, Sigsan-si, Sigsan-si, without permission from the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries, from around such time to October 17, 2013.

B. Although a fishery right holder intends to use a fishing vessel necessary for controlling the fishing ground of his/her fishery, he/she is designated as a management vessel by the head of the Si/Gun, the Defendant is entitled to obtain the designation of the management vessel from November 11, 2013 to November 12, 2013, the Defendant is entitled to obtain the designation of the management vessel.

From around that time to January 20, 2014, such as the use of D(13 tons) as a management line, the management line that was not designated more than 71 times in total as shown in the attached list of crimes (3) was used.
