1. The Defendants’ co-principal committed a theft of another person’s mobile phone and then use it to appropriate it for living expenses, etc. by means of small-sum settlement. One of the Defendants, who entered a soup bank, stolen a mobile phone, drive a vehicle to the vicinity of the place of crime, and the other one is waiting until the completion of the crime, and planned to capture a person who steals an object until the completion of the crime.

On May 5, 2019, the Defendants operated 5 K5 vehicles leased at around 08:10, and parked in the same Gu BB near the Yabababababa, the Yabababab, the Yabababa. After Defendant B waiting in the foregoing vehicle, Defendant A, entering the said sabababa and the building, had 8 gallebabry, the market price on the part of the victim BC, which was located adjacent to the said sabababababa, and Defendant B occupied Defendant A on the said vehicle.

B. On May 8, 2019, at around 02:28, the Defendants: (a) operated a bE-lurged vehicle, and parked in the vicinity of the soup bank, and (b) Defendant A waiting in the above vehicle; (c) Defendant B, entering the said soup bank, having a cash of KRW 300,000,000,00 in the victim BF owned by the victim BF and the cell phone case with a cash of KRW 300,000,000,000,000,000,000 won in the victim BG owned by the victim BG located adjacent to the victim BG; and (d) Defendant B occupied Defendant B on the above vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly stolen the property from three victims.

2. No person may transfer a means of access used in electronic financial transactions;

Nevertheless, on October 2018, the Defendant was placed in the Red Station in Mapo-ro Seoul, Mapo-gu.
