Defendants shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who operates a door-to-door seller with the trade name “D” on the floor of Socheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Defendant B is a person in charge of the sale of products by assisting the above A as the first team leader of the above enterprise.

The Defendants recruited 50-60 women, who were not capable of independent determination in commercial transactions because they did not engage in economic activities, to take financial profits by making them mistake as medicine and sell them as if they had the effect of preventing and treating specific diseases.

According to the above public offering plan, the Defendants issued 300 won gifts of “18 roll :1,000 won” to “rice (4kg):1,000 won: 1,000 won.”
