A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On December 22, 2010, the Defendant sentenced ten months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariju) at the Gangnam Branch of Chuncheon District Court on December 22, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 24, 201.

1. The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, etc.

At around 10:00 on February 17, 2014, the Defendant, along with AT, was on the roads near the AU AV market in which the Defendant’s model AT is driving, and received approximately KRW 1.8 kg of hemp seed in order to give up KRW 150,00 to AW within the said AV market and to smoke off its seed coats.

Accordingly, the Defendant purchased hemp seeds in collusion with AT for the purpose of smoking.

2. Larceny;

A. On April 30, 2014, from around 03:30 to 14:00, the Defendant removed and stolen a number plate in front of the victim AX-owned motor vehicle, where the market price cannot be known on the roads in front of the uniform elementary school in Pyeongtaek-si, Seo-dong.

B. On April 29, 2014, between 23:00 and 08:30 on April 30, 2014, the Defendant removed the number plate in front of the BA car in which the market price owned by the victim cannot be known on the roads under the bottom of the dup road located in Pyeongtaek-si-dong.

C. The Defendant from around 18:20 on April 30, 2014

5. 1. From 06:50 to 06:50, the front number plate of the BD C car was removed to which the market price of the victim BC was unknown on the roads adjacent to Osan-si BB, Osan-si.

3. On April 26, 2014, the Defendant, who illegally uses air defense, did not attach a car number plate to the fronter of a PE chip car purchased from an unclaimed male on or around April 26, 2014, and therefore parked the said car as it is, if the Defendant had parked the said car as it is, he would be mistaken for an unclaimed vehicle, etc., among the car number plates possessed by the Defendant, sent the car number plate of the chip XG, which is the same type as the said car, to the fronter of the said car.

Accordingly, the defendant is in front of a military unit in Pyeongtaek-si in May 2015.
