A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Of the facts charged in this case, each of the charges in breach of trust shall be acquitted, respectively.

(5) An electronic bid under the qualification examination method among various electrical construction works ordered by the Korea Electric Power Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Korea Electric Power Corporation”) shall be calculated by adding value-added tax to the tender notice, the preliminary price base (the amount providing for coverage of the criteria for eligibility examination) and the estimated price (hereinafter referred to as “ multiple preliminary prices”) within a fixed rate of time based on the basic amount, within a bid price of 5 billion won.
