1. The defendant is not guilty. 2. The defendant will notify the defendant of the summary of the judgment.

1. The Defendant in charge is a person in charge of the above project site management, such as ordering workers to work, safety education, etc., for the F rearrangement project partnership B as a field agent.

In order to prevent any danger caused by bad working methods, etc., the business owner shall determine a certain signalling method, inform workers engaged in the relevant work, determine the course and place for evacuation in advance, and shall take measures to prevent danger, such as having workers engaged in the punishment take punishment, after confirming in advance that other workers engaged in the punishment have evacuated by making the aforementioned signal.

Nevertheless, without taking preventive measures, such as setting a certain signal method to inform workers engaged in the logging work, and not setting a route and place for evacuation in advance, the Defendant had K workers K perform the logging work on September 26, 2012 at the above rearrangement project site located in the Gangwonwon E, and the tree, approximately 20 cm in diameter, from the top to G workers, went beyond the above G.

In the end, the Defendant was negligent in failing to take measures to prevent any danger caused by bad working methods, etc. in the course of punishing trees, thereby resulting in the Defendant’s abundance of pleasia that requires approximately six weeks of treatment to the said G.

2. The following facts are acknowledged according to the evidence adopted and examined by this Court.

A. A. B (hereinafter “instant partnership”) was awarded a contract for KRW 125,072,00 on May 3, 2012 to “F Improvement Project” (hereinafter “instant project”) implemented in Gangwon E and Q Japan from I for a contract with 125,07,00 won for the instant project.

The commencement date of the instant project is May 9, 2012, and the scheduled completion date is September 6, 2012.

B. On May 9, 2012, the instant association served as “Class 3 B” in the instant association’s management guidance division, and is class 1 of the forest engineering technician.
