The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below is just to reject the defendant's argument about the mental disorder on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and there were no errors by misapprehending the facts of violation of the rules of evidence or by misapprehending the legal principles as to mental disorder.

In addition, according to various circumstances, including the defendant's age, criminal records, sex, environment, relationship with the victim, motive and consequence of the crime of this case, circumstances after the crime of this case, etc., the determination of the court below's imprisonment with prison labor for a period of 25 years is extremely unfair even when considering the circumstances asserted in the grounds of appeal.
