Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

At around 17:40 on June 28, 2015, the Defendant driven a car with approximately one-meter distance from the street in front of the Sinsan-dong Sinsan City Hospital in the Bteca while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.348%.
