On September 6, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license of a motor vehicle around 13:50 on September 13, 2016, driven approximately 7 km Crocketing car from the front side of the Dong-dong University of 550 p.m. to the front side of the Busan National University, Seo-gu, Busan National University.
