Punishment of the crime

On April 11, 2018, at around 21:50, the Defendant driven a DNA passenger car under the status of about 500 meters from the front of the B apartment in Busan, to the front of the North-gu C building, with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.249% (the result of blood collection).
