On February 16, 2014, at least 01:40, the Defendant driven a Crash truck owned by B while under the influence of alcohol of at least 0.05% (0.054%) with blood alcohol level of at least 0.05% (0.054% as a result of blood collection, and 0.2% as a result of blood collection), up to approximately 100 meters on the front of the apartment of 130-dong apartment in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, 119.
