The punishment of the accused shall be determined by eight months of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

1. "2016 Highest 1471";

A. A. Around October 2015, the Defendant, at the front of a terminal No. 15, located in Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gun, the Defendant: (a) viewed the victim C (the 15-year-old) who was aware of the fact in front of the terminal No. 15, as “influoring a physical card in the name of the victim’s agricultural bank account”; and (b) expressed the attitude that he would have caused harm if not complying with it; and (c) transferred KRW 107,500 from the bank account in the name of the Defendant using the above physical card at a non-place on the 25th of the same month.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by threatening the victim.

B. On October 10, 2015, the Defendant was transferred KRW 286,500 to the account in the name of the Defendant at the time of cash payment at “F Hospital” located in Young-gu, Young-gun, Young-gu, Seoul, to the victim D (the age of 15) (the age of 15) who was aware of ordinary terms and conditions at the time of cash payment, and did not respond to the agreement, and was transferred to KRW 286,500 to the account in the name of the Defendant.

On October 11, 2015, the Defendant continued to see the attitude of refusing in the “H” coffee shop located in Young-gu, Young-gun G, Young-gu. On the same day, the Defendant deducted the cream card from the victim’s name, and then withdrawn KRW 151,000 in cash from the victim’s name on the same day.

On October 12, 2015, the Defendant continued to receive KRW 201,50 from the victim, who was frighten, to the account in the name of the Defendant, before the said “F Hospital” cash payments period, considering the attitude as to whether the victim would have suffered harm or injury if the Defendant did not comply therewith.

Accordingly, the Defendant received a total of 639,000 won by threatening the victim.

2. "2016 Highest 2582".

A. A. A thief (1) The Defendant: (a) around February 2016, at the “J” room located in Young-gun I of Yong-Nam Nam-gun, left the Victim K to the Agricultural Co., Ltd. and sent it to Gwangju.
