Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

On August 2019, the Defendant: (a) placed an advertisement on “G,” etc., a site for arranging Internet sexual traffic, using the trade name “F,” after leasing Nos. 2, 4, and 5 of the Btel C, and employing a female sexual traffic; and (b) intended to receive the price from the male who had contacted with such advertisement; and (c) had the said female sexual traffic and the said female engage in sexual traffic.

On September 2, 2019, the Defendant received KRW 90,00 from H, who is a male buyer, and had sexually employed KRW 36,00,00,00 in advance, to engage in sexual traffic, I (n, 36 years of age) and sexual traffic. On October 14, 2019, the Defendant received KRW 80,00,00 from J, who is a male buyer in the above Btel D, and had K (n, 39 years of age) who is a female sexual traffic, employed in advance, and engaged in sexual traffic. On October 28, 2019, the Defendant received KRW 90,00 from the sexual buyer, and arranged sexual traffic, from around 14:0, 200, to around 14:00, the Defendant received KRW 40,000,000,000, from around 28, 2019 to around 10,000,000 female sexual traffic.

Accordingly, the defendant was engaged in arranging commercial sex acts for business purposes.
