1. Defendant C shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 310,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 16, 2018 to the date of full payment.

In relation to the claim against Defendant B, the Plaintiff asserted that, jointly with Defendant C, Defendant B is jointly and severally liable to pay the Plaintiff the construction cost of KRW 140,00,000 and KRW 300,000,000 for the new construction of the three-story housing above 830 square meters above the ground of Yansan-si, Seoul, and ② KRW 8,000,000,000 for the construction cost of the new construction of the building E-building in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and KRW 6,00,000,000 for the borrowed money or the loan, etc.,

2. As to the claim against the defendant C

(a) the part corresponding to Defendant C among the grounds for the attachment to the indication of the claim;

(b) Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (a judgment on deemed as one person);

3. Accordingly, the plaintiff's claim against the defendant B of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and the plaintiff's claim against the defendant C of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition with the assent of all participating Justices.
