1. On August 2010, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim B, who lacks intellectual ability, that “I would not open the mobile phone in four names, and pay the fee on the face of the mobile phone in four names.”

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the user fee even if he uses the cell phone in the name of the victim due to no special property or income.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above on August 23, 2010, caused the victim to open a cell phone from D located in the former North Korea-U.S. C, and then did not pay KRW 1,685,110 to the victim while being provided with one cell phone.

2. Around June 27, 2017, the Defendant made a false statement to the Defendant’s house located in the former Non-Gun E, North Korea, that “A money is needed to recover credit rating. If the Defendant borrowed money, he/she would make a payment without molding with mobile phone charges.”

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to repay the money even if he borrowed money from the victim due to the lack of special property or income at the time.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, was given KRW 3 million under the pretext of borrowing from the victim.

3. On July 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) called, “I would not give any family member any money if I would do so”; (b) was transferred KRW 1.55 million from a drinking victim to a F deposit account in the name of the Defendant; and (c) had all seven times from around that time to July 31, 2017, including the transfer of KRW 1.55 million from the drinking victim to the F deposit account in the name of the Defendant.

4. On February 14, 2017, the Defendant borrowed a vehicle to the victim G who fells in the victim G at the front parking lot of the river basin located in Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu.
