A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 5, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license), the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license), and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Motor Vehicle Accident Compensation Act”) and the Defendant driving a BF car not covered by mandatory insurance in the state of being drunk with approximately 0.074% of alcohol content in the 3km section of the 3km away from the gate-gu gate to the road adjacent to the gate-gu gate-gu gate-gu gate in the front of the gate-gu gate.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising a certificate of fact, forged a report on the circumstantial statement of the host driver under the name D, which is a private document related to the certification of fact, and exercised it.
