1. On February 15, 2019, the Defendant reported to the effect that “Aphone X was to purchase” a victim’s cell phone connected to the Internet “BC” website at the Busan Northern-gu AX’s domicile and posted by the victim B. On February 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) phoneed the victim’s cell phone; and (b) in fact, the victim was unable to sell it to the victim because he did not have the above Aphone; and (c) despite the fact that he did not have any intent to sell it, if the victim sent KRW 900,00 and transportation cost of KRW 8,100 to the victim, the Defendant would send the victim to a bus terminal using AphoneS 64GB from Busan-si; and (b) on the same day, she acquired the victim by transfer of KRW 908,108,00 from the victim to the BD bank account in the name of the Defendant at around 18:32 of the same day.
3. On February 2019, the Defendant’s fraud against the Victim AU would sell 600 million AR by accessing the Internet “C” website at the Internet site located above the north-gu Busan, Northern-gu, and selling the Internet game money.
