On December 26, 2019, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that “F will sell game money” by accessing the Internet game “F” online camera in the PC room located in the Won-si Office, Won-si, and then sending the victim H(24 years of age) who reported and contacted with the notice to the effect that “F will sell the said money” would send KRW 72,000,000 to the victim H(24 years of age).
