If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 28, 2013, at around 10:00, the Defendant driven a two-wheeled vehicle C 1584cc two-wheeled vehicle at approximately 3 km in front of the road in the Seo-gu Seoul Seodaemun-gu Hong-dong 87-1, Seongbuk-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, on the internal circular road, which is a motorway on which two-wheeled vehicle traffic is prohibited.
