Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 21, 2013, at around 16:30, the Defendant driven a “BM 2-wheeled vehicle” in approximately 5km section from the inner cycle of the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Western-dong, Seoul, the exclusive motorway that is prohibited from driving two-wheeled vehicles, to the lower breadth of the internal circulation of the Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.
