Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 11, 2017, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information on which the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 19, 2017, after having been sentenced to three years of suspension of execution to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (amera, etc.).

Where a registered personal information is changed, a person subject to registration of personal information shall submit the changed information to the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days.

1. Around June 2017, the Defendant did not submit the changed mobile phone information within 20 days from the date of occurrence of the cause for change, even though the mobile phone number he/she actually uses was changed from “B” to “C” to “C”, to the Namyang-si Police Station located in his/her domicile.

2. Although the Defendant changed his/her domicile from “Seoul-si D” to “si E” on August 1, 2017, he/she did not submit the changed resident registration address information to the Si Culture and Security Station located in the Si Culture and Security Office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date of the occurrence of the ground for change.

3. Notwithstanding the fact that the workplace address was changed from the first floor of the F building in Gyeyang-gu to Si E on August 1, 2017, the Defendant did not submit the changed workplace address information to the Si interesting police station located in Si interesting city having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date of the occurrence of the ground for change.
