On June 4, 2017, around 03:20 on June 4, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by putting the victim D (n, 25 years of age) at the top of the first floor underground located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by knbing the victim D (n, n, and 25 years of age) at his/her hand.
