Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 70,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 35,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 4, 2015, the Defendant driving a C-si on February 23:28, 2015, and driving the C-si in Yongsan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City along the opposite lane along the five-lane, the Defendant invadedd the central line by making a yellow domine line, which is about 50 meters prior to the place permitted for the U-Ston, at the place where the U-Ston was prohibited.
