Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a sports director B.

No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. shall threaten or endanger any other person, or cause any danger to traffic, by consecutively committing at least two acts among violations of signal instructions, medians, speed violations, crossing, internship, or backward prohibition, or by continuing or repeatedly committing any one act.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 14:00 on September 10, 2019, driven the above vehicle and proceeded with the front road C in the vicinity of the intersection from D elementary school to the intersection. At that time, the central separation line is installed, and yellow solid lines are installed, and thus, the vehicle line should be driven in accordance with the direction. However, the Defendant continuously violated the direction of road marking by continuously breaking the central line by entering the opposite lane from the above road crosswalk to the opposite lane, on the ground that the vehicle is rapidly dispatched to the traffic accident site.

As a result, the Defendant was driving a sckless by threatening or endangering many unspecified persons and causing danger to traffic.
