A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months and by a fine not exceeding seven million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a mutually known restaurant, “D agricultural partnership corporation,” and “F restaurant,” from E in the same city.

No one shall put a false mark of origin or place a mark that may cause confusion with the country of origin, and no person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall put a false mark of origin or put a mark that may cause confusion with the country of origin.

Nevertheless, from January 2, 2012 to December 31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sold 142,827.5k g g, I, J, etc., to the said farming association; (b) sold the said agricultural association in an area, other than Chuncheon City (Seoul Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-si, Jeonnam-si, Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Jeonbuk-do, and Jeonbuk-do, etc.) supplied by members of the dispute resolution committee and H farming association; (c) sold 142,827.5k g by means of I, J, etc.; and (d) sold D agricultural association homepage (K), L, etc., with a mark of origin likely to cause confusion as to the place of origin; and (d) sold part of 100% of the expenses from August 4, 2012 to August 16, 2012 to Korea by means of the said 30g and 10g of origin.

In addition, from January 2, 2012 to January 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) indicated that the place of origin in the Qua New Market is “Sacheon-si, Yacheon-si, Yacheon-si, Yacheon-si, Yari-si, Yari-si, Yari-si, Yari-si, Yari-si, etc.), which was supplied by the Kancheon-si and supplied by the Kancheon-si to the Kancheon-si (Seoul Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-si, Yari-si, Yari-si, Yari-gun, Yari-si, etc.), and sold the walkb by cooking 24,
