A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

From around that time to October 13, 2016, the Defendant, along with this, indicated that the Defendant’s sales of the 71,506,000 Won of the market price, as indicated in the “Woo-Sack Sack Sack Sack Sack’s Sack Sack’s Sack’s Sacked 7,254kg was likely to make a false indication of origin or cause confusion.
