A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person driving a bents car.

1. The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.109% during the blood transfusion during the above day, driven the above-mentioned car by approximately two kilometers from the innton apartment of the Royalian, which is located in the 85-ro from the Chang-gu, Chang-si, Chang-si, the above accident site, to the long-term long-term distance in the original sea.
