A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who violates the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from a dangerous driving) and engages in driving of a vehicle B.

On April 22, 2017, around 00:55, the Defendant was driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.173% at the entrance of the 236 Anlley-ro, Godo-ro, Gowon-si, the Changdo-si, the Changdo-si, the Changdo-ro, the Changdo-ro, the Changdo-ro, 236.
