1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 150,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from June 1, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire argument in the statement No. 1, the Plaintiff leased KRW 300,000,000 to Defendant B on June 30, 2017 at interest rate of 25% per annum and on September 30, 2017, and Defendant C guaranteed Defendant B’s debt.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 150,000,000,000, which was expressed that the Plaintiff had been unredeemed, as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from June 1, 2018 to the date of full payment, as sought by the Plaintiff.

The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
