The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 300,000,000 and the interest rate from December 1, 2016 to the day of full payment.

1. On October 7, 2016, Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) borrowed KRW 300,000,000 as interest monthly (payment on April 25, 201) and the due date of payment on April 7, 2017, and Defendant C, D, and E guaranteed the Defendant Company’s above loan obligation against the Plaintiff on the same day.

2. According to the above fact-finding, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 300,000,000 won with interest rate of 12% per annum or delay damages from December 1, 2016 to the date of full payment, as sought by the Plaintiff.

3. As above, each claim against the Defendants against the Defendants is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all.
