A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From September 4, 2013 to October 29, 2013, the Defendant served as a scientific and practical teacher at D elementary schools located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, and the victim E (V, 7 years old) committed an indecent act with the knowledge that: (a) the victim E was the first half of the second grade of D elementary school; (b) the victim F (V, 11 years old); (c) the first half of the fifth grade of the same school; and (d) the victim H (V, 8 years old); and (b) the victim H (V, 12 years old) the student in the second grade of the same school at the same school; and (c) the Defendant committed an indecent act with the knowledge that the said victim was under 13 years old, making it difficult for him/her to actively resist to his/her mother.

1. Indecent acts against victims E;

A. On September 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act by inducing the victim, who was seated at the scene of the Defendant, to undergo a slive life “slive life” in the said D Elementary School Science Center, and then, by inducing the victim to the seat of the Defendant.

B. Around September 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act in a scientific room at the above school room in order to attract the victim with a hyphabb (act that leads to the mutual hiver of a single floor) and then to attract the victim into the hiver.

C. Around September 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act in line with the victim’s entrance, who was seated in the science room of the above school, 3 to four times.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age.

2. On September 13, 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the Victim F, who committed an indecent act with respect to the victim F, committed an indecent act by force against the victim under 13 years of age by putting the victim’s neck at two arms after the Victim C, stating that the said wastes on the floor of the above school scientific room are “ good” by the victim D.
