Criminal facts

On October 1, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a crime of interference with the performance of official duties in the Changwon District Court Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Tongwon Detention House on April 25, 2015. On November 26, 2010, the Changwon District Court sentenced the Defendant to three years of imprisonment for a crime of special Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Violence (special rape) at the Changwon District Court on November 26, 2010, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 9, 2013.
